PANTYHEAD

In ’Pantyhead’ Murray tackles the scary dreams and exciting nightmares of girls and boys in the age of prime time television and decent citizens. TV Girl works in her family’s Chinese Take Away. Channel-hopping is her companion. A man with knickers on his head comes off the TV and into her midst. Battle ensues. The clearly staged presence of the actors, nearly wordless confrontation and snappy editing attest to the director’s background as a choreographer.
