In different short sequences, a man talks directly in the camera about human management that organises its discourse towards success, dictates values, roles and objectives reuniting individuals in a group. Leadership is recognised as a more appropriate means to satisfy the longings of a group than allowing its individual members to provide for their own needs themselves. The discourse of dominance that decides the rules crosses the boundaries of intimacy of the individual, separating the public from the private. Physical experience: affected by lack of sleep the dynamic discourse of the leader is repeated for an extended period of time. The sequence extracts of the recording preserve a chronological order of the action.
