HORS PISTES SAO PAULO 2013

Hors Pistes is a multidisciplinary manifestation of the Centre Pompidou, Paris, which brings together cinema, performances, multimedia installations and questions the new practices of the moving image. Istanbul (Turkey), London (UK), Vilnius (Lithuania), Reykjavik (Iceland) and Tokyo (Japan), are some of the cities where Hors Pistes stopped with a collaborative proposal, mixing the festival program with the local art scene production. This year at MIS, the event features in addition to exclusive film screenings in Brazil from directors like Zapruder (Italy), Sarah Vanagt (Belgium) Katrien Vermeire (Belgium), Yuri Ancarani (Italy), Denis Savary (Switzerland) and Camille Henrot (France) among others, a performance specially created for Hors Pistes Sao Paulo by Brazilian singer Karina Buhr and visual artist Alessandra Domingues.
