ANGELA SANDERS

Visual anthropologist and videomaker. Sanders studied Social Anthropology at the Universities in Zurich and Edinburgh, and graduated from Lucerne University with a Master of Art in Public Sphere. At present she works as a project manager of the SNF-research “Swissness revisited” at the Art School of Zurich. The main focus of her research is transnational migration and mobility, processes of globalization and their impacts on the living and working conditions of human beings. Her academic field research is often accompanied by reflexive ethnographic video essays.
