TAMLALTE

Lahcen Akil is a musician, born in 1969 in Tamlalte, a traditional village situated in Grand Atlas Mountains of Morocco. His song “Tamlalte” is a homage to this mountainous gem. Jen Debauche’s film sways between the definition of an experimental video and a music clip, touching upon the beauty of coinciding song, image, memory, and present emotion.
