UNIVERSAL STORY

This work starts with the artist visiting the military unit in which he served. It features his recollection of military service, a trip to the places in the narrative, and drawings of his memories. The artist juxtaposes his memories of military service with private memories, asking if special memories are general for all Korean men, related to a rite of passage.
