SPIDER

In his work Claude Cattelain tries to catch the essence of the volatile. His video miniatures are flashes of amazement and fragility, staged at times, or noticed in passing. Impulsive, not without a sense of humour, Cattelain records an actual spatial escapism or emotional turning points. ‘Spider’ may be best described as an interpretation of a nature film and a modest investigation into the human versus the animal physique.
